Philosophy of Liberty brochures - LPSF address stickers?

The Washington LP did the layout, presumably, since their info is on
the PDF, but the text and at least the concepts for the imagery if not
the actual images are from the video on the ISIL website. I don't
think anyone would mind us using it -- in fact the contrary. The label
you put on the other brochures "Distributed by the LPSF" with our
website and phone number should work fine -- probably not many people
would be likely to just mail in a check or snail-mail letter without
otherwise contacting us, which are the only reasons I can see why
they'd be likely to need the mailing address. Do you have more of
these stickers already, or ready ability to print more?

Good. I feel a lot more comfortable with "Distributed by...". I can print some more stickers. What is an estimate of how many you would want?

Marcy

Hundreds, thousands! I'd like some literature for mass distribution.
Help with expenses for photocopying is desired too, either via the
LPSF's budget or individual donations.

I've got a card here for a place in Berkeley that offers 3.5 cents
per black & white copy and 49 cents per color copy, with 10% off any
order over $5. (Of course I'm sure these prices are for one side of a
page only, and not sure whether or not they include the paper.)
Possibly further discounts may be available with volume purchases.
Anyone know of any places less expensive than this?

The "Distributed by.." are labels that I print on my computer from a file in my word processor. If you want thousands, I can give you the word processing file on a disk, which you can take to the printer to produce the labels. Not cheap. How about we put this on the agenda for next Saturday to discuss who/how/when/how much?

Marcy

Whoa. You've not even made the copies yet, and you're considering thousands
labels?

Um, hate to be a smart-ass, but that sounds like a big-government make-work
project just to keep us activists busy. Why wouldn't you just print ONE
label, and put that on the one brochure you have before you get it
photocopied?

Am I missing something?

Waaaaaait! We talked about the little problem of lifting someone's work, and slapping your name on it? We said I would contact Washington LP to see about their gladly and willingly giving us their PDF (or whatever format)? Which I will do.

Also, I am wondering, we could come up with our own brochure, using the same text, and giving credit to the original? The stick figures do not inspire me, especially if they are copied in black and white.
