Petition Obama to Dump Rick Warren

Marcy,

I used to host LPSF semi-annual dinners. Would you like to reinstate this tradition?

Warm regards, Michael

Dear Michael and All,

Ahhh...It all comes back now! I now distinctly remember your saying
you could not take care of the dinners any more and would I take over.
So, I think what you are saying is no point my wishing there were
dinners again; I just need to make it happen : - )

Well, how about we all plan to get together for a repast after the
LPSF Annual Festival and Tax Protest? We can have a table by the Fed
with voter registration cards, information brochures, etc. (Rob, this
is NOT an end the Fed event; so you can come.) We could start with
that, and if there is interest, continue having get togethers every
few months or so.

Regards,

Marcy

Only about 200 have responded so far to the LP poll:
Is Israel's current military operation in Gaza justified?

I really don’t understand why the LPUS is asking this question in the
first place. Sure, it’s interesting and topical, but what bearing does
it have on the LPUS? A better question is whether the United States
government should assist, support, criticize, or actively oppose
Israel’s action — or do none of the above.

A much better point.
