Palin formally resigned on Sunday giving a last (we hope) speech to a few dozen of her groupies; in which she admonished Alaskans to 'stand tall and not give up the fight for right'. She also warned everyone about the dangers of Hollywood and its celebrity personality cults.
Let's see: who just threw up the spounge in the middle of a political term to pursue lucrative media engagements?
