Thank you for your response. Our national bylaws state that " The National Committee shall have control and management of all the affairs, properties and funds of the Party consistent with these Bylaws." (Article 8, Section 1)
How can the LNC set up a separate group to use the Libertarian Party name and raise money in the name of the party, without any control or oversight, and be in compliance with that? I don't think it can. If what you say is true, I think this needs to be investigated.
