The flier says "Health and Human Services, 50 United Nations Plaza," but I think you may be correct. In any case, I was told the primary target of the protest is a woman who is a regional representative or director or something of the national Health and Human Services Department, who has an office in that building.

I do not see that we have a HHS in San Francisco (we have a Health
Department, and we have a Human Services Department). But, we know
that the rally will be around Civic Center/UN Plaza vicinity. I will
show up with a table, balloons, voter registration cards, and
whatever literature I have; and, unless I hear differently, I will
set up wherever looks best. This is a good event for the LPSF to
table, and I hope a lot of LPSF activists will participate.Marcy
