It would much more representative as it is easier to buy a legislature of a few dozen people as it was back in the old days than buy a whole state of peoples. Power to the peoples - workers unite and throw off the imperialistic yoke of capitalism.

You're clearly being sarcastic (unless you really believe votes should be for sale and that people having equal votes is not simply democratic but communist) but if you're trying to make a point with it I'm going to need some help with the interpretation.
