Dear Everyone; Here's the real reason Bush touts his " No Child Left Behind " program. The real name of the program turns out to be " No Tax Payer Paid Tutor Left Behind " program. I wonder who those people are who are getting the $2 billion in contracts at up to $1997 per child? Makes you wonder - how do they get on an approved vendors list? Politics as usual? And it appears there are apparently no standards for these tutors. Good to see our tax dollars at work helping students get an education! Ron Getty SF Libertarian
