Nullification deniers! What James Madison Really said.

Nina, Funny this would come down the pike so soon after I mentioned nullification.
It appears to be gaining ground.

For those of you who want to understand the Constitution better, I highly recommend you take the time to read Publius's work. (See below). For continued education, visit her blog: http://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/

Dear all,

The "establishment conservatives" are not telling the truth about

nullification.

My latest paper gives you all you need to smackdown the nullification deniers:

Many of you are readers of News with Views, so I usually wait to contact you until my work has been published there. I sent this paper in, of course, but it still has not been published there. So I'm showing you where it has been published.

The paper is long, but WE ARE NOT BEING TOLD THE TRUTH BY THE ESTABLISHMENT "CONSERVATIVES"! They are telling us we are obligated to submit to whatever the supreme Court decides. But that is False.

I also provide a complete overview of the purpose of Our Constitution, and how and when we got perverted.

And dopost your questions or comments! Nullification by The States is

the route we must follow.

Nullification is a powerful, wonderful, legitimate thing, but it only works, at the state level, in states that are not joined at the hip with the federal government. California is one such state in which I believe all attempts at nullification of unconstitutional federal acts at the state level will be futile because our state legislators are overwhelmingly leftists and statists.

I do hold out hope at the local levels though, even in California, but it does get more tricky when you are bucking both the fed statists and the state statists.

Nina

So far it has been federal protection of gun rights against state's infringement.
This reality must not be over-looked in the sheep's rush to the wolves for protection.
