(Forwarded message from Lance Brown)
I've put together a central site to help people organize their celebration
of Bill of Rights Day. This year is sort of the "beta" version, but there
are still tons of ideas and resources there -- and I will be adding more
steadily all week.
The domain name is just now starting to work -- if it doesn't work for you
then try again in a few minutes, or a few hours.
One special feature is a step-by-step guide to putting together a Funeral
for the Bill of Rights. There's still time for you to do one this year and
I *highly* recommend it. There is a sample press release, poster, handout,
and instructions for the rest, here:
There's a place to list your event, there are sample resolutions, letters,
and op-eds, and lots more. Come grab an idea or a template and rock the
holiday. And pass this on right away, so other late starters can take
advantage of the booster shot!
"Bill of Rights Day is December 15th. What are you going to do about it?"
