For those who are interested:
I have put together a small website covering the propositions
appearing on the November 8 special election ballot. The site is
located at http://www.wgla.org/Politics/initiatives
It intends to objectively describe the content of the initiatives
and who is supporting/opposing them, in the form of a short Summary
and longer Extract for each proposition. For each proposition there
is also a link to the full initiative content, as provided by the
Secretary of State at
http://www.caag.state.ca.us/initiatives/activeindex.htm . Clearly
marked "Opinion", for each proposition there is also a suggestion as
to how to vote, backed by a libertarian argument.
