My Request for Reconsideration submitted to the Ballot Simplification Committee

I didn't get any feedback on this other than one LPSF activist voicing her appreciation for my efforts. But I thought some of you might be interested to see what I just sent the Elections Department. I was thinking of going to the committee meeting again this afternoon, but apparently they've finished for today (they were working on the JROTC measure and property transfer tax). My request for reconsideration and others on the Power Grab (aka "Clean Energy Act") measure will be heard on Wednesday August 6, in room 263.

  The committee's meets every day this week starting at 9:00 a.m. in City Hall. Tomorrow they're in Room 416 and will be discussing the proposed Payroll Expense Tax, Emergency Response Fee and Amending the Telephone Users Tax, and the Affordable Housing Set-Aside, as well as requests to reconsider language of other previously considered measures if any.
