Dear Rob, Ron, and All,
So that Rob can plan the Pride supplies, and Ron can plan the next voter outreach mailing, I thought I would list *all* the supplies I have.
Left vs Right Brochures:
1. 28 stamped with LPSF address stamp for my outreach packets.
2. 70 with labels like the ones Rob provided to have at Pride.
3. 75 with labels like the ones Rob provided, and 25 with labels without logo and website, for the next voter outreach mailing. My thinking is that since the voter outreach mailing contains other literature with the website and logo, we could use the old brochures that had the old labels.
#10 Envelopes:
1. About 400 left over from the last voter outreach mailing available for purchase by LPSF (So far I have only charged for the 100 we used at the meeting)
2. Of the above 400, 100 are stamped with the LPSF return address.
Postage stamps:
100 $.44 stamps available for purchase by LPSF (so far I have only charged for the stamps we used at the meeting, at $.44 each). I suggest to save LPSF money, we put the meeting address on the letter and dispense with the map.
