Dear Friends:
I wish to take this opportunity for myself and on behalf of J. R.
Manuel, to thank the LPSF for their excellent, positive and
enthusiastic participation in the Forum of 17Sep. It was great to see
all of us that were able to attend. And interestingly enough, the so-
called "leading parties," the Democrats and Republicans (that
promised to attend,) did not deign to grace us with their august
presence. I apologise for the low turn-out; as we notified everyone
under-the-sun, however as the old saying goeth, you can lead the
proverbial horse, etcetera, etcetera.
