Aubrey:

I am sorry I wasnt able to make it to the Feb meeting. I will not make it to the
Mar meeting either. I work on a contract basis for a CPA firm. Mid Feb to Apr is
our busiest time of the year and I generally work on Saturday for these three
months.

The Bank Balance hasnt changed since Jan.It is still $4,554.42.

Regarding the meeting place. I am sure that most people would like to meet in a
place such as Cybelle's. My personal problem is that I have very poor hearing,
which cannot be corrected by a hearing aid. The level of noise at a restaurant
setting would be such that I would not be able to understand what is being said.
However, I am not a real active member so maybe this doesnt matter that much. If
it would help get more active members, I am all for it.

I am going to be very busy for at least another month. If you need any checks
written, please call or email. If necessary, it is better to email me at work,
lmangus@pekcpa.com rather than my home address as I do not get on my home
computer but maybe twice a week.

Hi Les! Thanks for the update. And thanks for the fine work that you do writing Letters to the Editor each week (and actually getting them published--I've written numerous letters and not one has been published). Also thanks for taking care of the coffers--that's one less thing for me to worry about and, in fact, you're just the perfect person for it--ever reluctant to spend money. If only our various branches of government operated the same way!
