Dear All,
We have a great article on the LPSF website supporting the initial demonstrations against dictators (most backed by the U.S.)in the Middle East. I supported that article by posting an associated poll. But now, I am conflicted. The U.S. and its "allies" are in essence taking over, once again, a sovereign nation, Libya. And as I see it, it appears that the U.S. and allies are not stopping with Libya. Huuumm.. U.S. is no longer propping up dictators in the Middle East? How come? We just as soon take over the oil, not keep the good will of the dictators?
Sorry for the rant. Just wondering what LPSF stance on this mess is. Or, perhaps no stance on a national issue?
