A general question for anyone who can answer it.
How is the LPSF set up to do business? Non-profit 401c3 - no set up at all - organized under the CA LP? Or what?
This has a bearing on our Amazon book list fund raising efforts and any other fund raising programs we may do in the future.
Inquiring minds need to know.
