I have confirmed Jim Reid as a guest speaker for our meeting on the 18th. Jim was a building contractor who ran for SF mayor in 2003 and in conjunction with his campaign built and temporarily lived in a tiny home he built for $12,000 to demonstrate the viability of such housing for the homeless.
