LPSF cost of mailings

Dear Marcy

So then this leads us to have to do what with the outdated lists? Discard or go
with what we have net list wise with the returned mail deletions?

Ron Getty

Dear Ron,

I would suggest going with the doctored list; that is, old list sans the folks that died (two) or moved to other locations (tons).

But, what happens when we receive (if ever) a new list from LPCA. I have volunteered to eyeball the newly received list for comparison with what we have.

Even more challenging: In the list I have, there is not one current member. The last LNC list I have has 38 current members. Does that mean that people who used to pay their membership to LPSF are now paying to LP National? Or LPCA has a more hopeful list showing current LPSF members?

At this point I am ready to suggest that we need to focus on getting new members that we keep track of ourselves, advising LPCA so that the new folks can be "real" members of LPSF.

Marcy

Dear Marcy

using the modified list and adding our own then informing LPCA sounds like a
plan.
