At Starchild's suggestion I talked to Zeb at Clickup and he said he was willing to host our county convention. However he said the space wasn't available on the 12th and suggested that we move it to the 19th instead. Nick said he was on board with changing the date. We are both committed to personally contacting all of our members to get then to come out. It's still more than two months away so people have plenty of notice. If we stick with the 12th I will book a space at another library. Please let me know your thoughts about changing the day of the meeting.

Yes, a week later is certainly better than a week earlier. I have no
problem with the 19th.
