The video available on youtube of Halloran paying or receiving a $15,000
cash bribe in the front seat of a car while saying that once three
Republican district leaders agree to give the Wilson Pakula the other two
will fall in line is strong evidence against him.
I do not see how Halloran can overcome that video.
