I believe that the requirement is that if a candidate raises or spends more
than $5,000 he is required to register with fec.gov
I believe that Gary Johnson and the Libertarian Party must have raised and
spent more than $5,000 since they got on the ballot on almost all of the 50
states.
I am very surprised at this. If I am wrong please tell me where I am wrong.
