LPCA Convention

Hi Rob,

I had a feeling the Convention was not going to be worth my while, so I did not attend. However, I am still so sorry to hear that you and Francoise deemed the proceeding that bad!! From the posts in the Discussion List, I see a lot of frustration and ire, but not much clear description of what exactly transpired. I was wondering if you could give a brief straight forward report either on this List or at our next LPSF meeting?

Thank you to you and Francoise for making the effort to attend.

And, BTW, I will reiterate here my mantra that LPSF need not be affected or influenced by the shennannigans of either LPCA or LNC. We can always do our own thing, based on how much our members wish to get involved.

Regards,

Marcy

Hear, hear!!!!!

Just because I'm totally done with the LPC and its un-elected
leadership, as well as the LNC and its leadership that is violating
bylaws by kicking out elected members without following proper procedure
(which the JudCom just issued a statement about, BTW, saying that
Wrights is still a member of the LNC until such time as it follows
correct procedure), does not mean that I'm at all done with LPSF. I
think that we can do a whole lot at the county level, and frankly I
expect to do a better job as county chair now that I'm no longer going
to waste time on state or national party nonsense.

Speaking of -- Drinking Freely is 2nd Tuesday. May 12. Can you
attend? http://libertarian.meetup.com/370/calendar/10188866
