I've reserved a suite for two nights, so that Outright can have a
hospitality suite to lobby the delegates to overturn "the endorsement
that shall not be named." I was also planning to get a Zipcar Friday
afternoon through late Sunday / early Monday. So while you're welcome
to ride with me, the departure is Friday early afternoon and the return
is very late Sunday.
Also, you should know that they're splitting the officer voting across
Saturday and Sunday. Last I heard, just Chair is Saturday, and all the
rest are Sunday, but that had been a recent change, where before it had
been all 5 officers Saturday then At-Large reps on Sunday. Honestly, I
expect the whole thing to be a huge mess, and I think that whatever is
in the printed schedule Friday night will almost certainly be changed by
Saturday. I'm afraid that if you try to time it for just one day,
you'll end up being disappointed about what you'll miss.
