[LPC County Officers] Discounted (or subsidized) membershipsfor younger libertarians

Regarding letting anybody express themselves at meetings, I side with
Starchild: if a guest's ideas are welcomed, he/she will be more
inclined to listen our our ideas.

Regarding the no-pledge proponents, it is my personal opinion that
they will not be appeased by an absence of pledge for *non-voting*
associates. The whole idea is to be free to vote in favor of
agression when that is deemed propitious.
