In the interest of continuous improvement, I'm forwarding below the email I
sent on January 12, three days after our officer elections, notifying the
LPC Secretary of our new officers, as required by the LPC bylaws. I suggest
that someone do a root cause analysis of what breakdown happened at the
state party executive committee level that led you to believe that LPSF was
not in compliance with the LPC Bylaws. I'm wondering how many other county
committees have been sent similar warnings due to communications breakdowns
amongst the state party officers and staff.
