looking for libertarian research participants

Hi everyone,

I'm a San Jose-based graduate student finishing my thesis on political ideology and attitudes toward life and death. My sample includes Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, and socialists. At this point, I am looking for just a few more libertarians to complete a short interview and word-reading task. The interview lasts about 30 minutes and I am happy to meet any place and time convenient for you. I can easily come to San Francisco. I also pay $10 to each participant.

Please email me back if interested.

Thanks!

Hello again Bridgette,

If folks wish to meet you on a personal basis, great. If your interview can be adapted to a group, and you would like to come to one of our meetings, great also; the LPSF treasury can use some extra funds.

What exactly is a " word-reading task"?

Aloha, B.

Sorry for not getting back to you -

It's called the Stroop Task, and without saying too much about specific
hypotheses, it basically presents people with a list of words in different
colored font. The task is to read aloud the color of the words, ignoring
the words themselves. Rather challenging.

Best,
Bridgette
