In line with your comment below that "My recommendation is not to drive up the transaction costs of moving to a new office," I suggest we forego spending any money on "build-outs" or improvements to the property -- the number I recall hearing mentioned regarding such spending was $30,000 -- unless we first have evidence that this is what our members want, and go with an open seating arrangement that conforms to the current configuration of the space instead of building individual offices for use of senior staff. Would you agree?
