Libertarian standup comedy genius Doug Stanhope returns to SF

This is out of my price range to see a comedy show (I checked the link and tickets are $45), but if you haven't seen libertarian comic Doug Stanhope, and aren't easily offended, I do strongly recommend the experience. Have seen him several times now and each time he had different material and was highly enjoyable.

I'm not a big fan of most stand-up comedy, but Doug's stuff is more intellectual, as well as pro-freedom, than the standard fare. He doesn't shy away from sex jokes and lowbrow humor either, but even when he does that stuff you can tell there's some brains behind it. You can find a lot of clips of his material online, if you'd like to get a taste.

Tickets for the "first show" linked below are sold out, but tickets for the "second show" (March 18, 2020, 8:00 p.m. at Cobb's Comedy Club) are still available.

Love & Liberty,
