Hi Bruce,
I just read the new website. I was disappointed.
Although both you and Judge Gray on separate
occasions stated you would be happy to add my
suggested libertarian statement to the site, I could
find neither hide nor hair of it.
In addition, I noticed no change in the featured
Republican- and Green-oriented "Jim Gray's
Four Issues."
Issue #1 gives the Federal Govt a giant loophole
for funding their unconstitutional agencies,
including the DEA and FDA, that murder thousands
each year, along with draconian laws that plunder the
people. Judge Gray missed the golden opportunity
to state these agencies and laws are wrong,
unconstitutional, and profoundly destructive.
Issue #2 establishes a strictly regulated and taxed
govt monopoly in pot sale, distribution, price-fixing,
and quality control. Something Ralph Nader and
other Socialists would love. Judge Gray misses the
opportunity to illustrate that liberty means freedom
from govt.
Issue #3 addresses education and healthcare. It fails
to state that no US local, state, or federal, agency
has the legitimate power to violate the rights of
students, parents, patients, or doctors. Rather it tacitly
approves of these violations if done by state and city
govts.
Issue #4 establishes an additional anti-immigration
program. This one, however, will be "fair and effective."
A Federal Big Govt program that will be "fair and
effective." How quaint!
The good news is there's still time for Judge Gray
to make his website sound Libertarian, rather than
Greepublican. I trust you and he will seize this
opportunity!
Best, Michael
