Is Darryl Registered to Vote as a Republican in any State? An interesting
argument has come up in my court case against the Board of Elections. The
statute in question says "a signed statement of a witness who is a duly
qualified voter of the state and an enrolled voter of the same political
party as the voters qualified to sign the petition".
Based upon the wording of this statute, if Darryl and his petitioners are
registered to vote as Republicans in some other state such as Pennsylvania
he counts as a valid witness.
I believe that several of Darryl's petitioners are registered in
Pennsylvania as they circulated petitions there during the Republican
primaries.
Can anybody find out if they are registered as Republicans in Pennsylvania
or in any other state.
