I can not give legal opinions on campaign funds receipt and reporting - you need knowlegeable accountants or attorneys who really know campaign finance laws - state and federal. Just don't wing it and hope for the best - or we'll be seeing your name and picture on the fornt pages and TV news at 5 - 6 - 7 - 9- 10 -11 although any publicity isn't always bad publicity and read about you entering an out-patient rehab clinic for counseling on properly reporting campaign finances
