If Herman Cain manages to beat his sexual harassment rap, Federal Reserve history, etc., to get the GOP nomination and win the election, I can visualize another great cartoon along these lines in four years, featuring the conservative version of this die-hard gambler still trying to get the numbers to come up 9-9-9.
