I could not find a website for him. (If a candidate does not
have a website listing his positions, this raises questions
about his commitment to libertarian--or any other--principles.)

Reduce drastically on the way to eliminating them.
5. Homelessness
Prosperity leads to less melessness.
Privatize charity.
6. Minimum Wage
There should be none.
