Earlier this year, The Supremes ruled that You #USPeasantry have Zero standing to inquire how its corrupt crony agencies head use Your Taxdollars to pay big corporations to store Your private data so it can be shared among pretty much any #USgovt agency or their extended third & fourth party corporate networks, how much those relations financially cost #USgovt taxpayers/slaves, & how they can use that data against You; or WHY YOUR Interweb/Telephone BILLS are so sky high despite near complete SOCIALIZATION of those faux corporate services.
Your quotation below from the EFF raises a good point, Marty. In fact I think the requirements of who has standing to sue are often cast too narrowly, making it very difficult to find anyone legally able to challenge bad laws. In this case, almost impossible. I believe you’re also correct in pointing out that cell phone costs in the U.S. are way overpriced compared with how much people pay for such services in most other countries.
