Last month I was contacted via Meetup by someone with Glide Memorial church who is putting together some events for people of different political views to come together and have respectful conversation (see below). Unfortunately I didn't get back to him in time and missed the first one they had, but I believe they are going to do more of these.
Glide is of course famously liberal, but this sounds like a good opportunity to be part of the conversation and make sure the pro-freedom P.O.V. is represented, help them understand the differences between libertarians and conservatives, etc. If you would be interested in taking part, please let me know.
