  Yes, Chris mentioned being the founder of the SF Ron Paul group. There's also a Gary Johnson group for Silicon Valley, and more importantly he's created a site to organize people to start them nationwide and make it easy to crosspost to them (www.GaryJohnsonMeetups.com).
