FYI - School Board status update

As expected, I was informed today by the Elections Department that I did turn in enough signatures for School Board, so as far as I know I am officially on the ballot as a candidate for that office. (The only possible problem I can foresee is if they balk at my having stopped payment on the $500 check I wrote them for the Supervisor race, but my guess is they cannot legally use that to say that I haven't paid the School Board filing fee, or stop me running for School Board on that basis.)

The sup race fees don't apply to any other race.SF elections can't restrict a candidate for a (possible) bill.
You're worrying about nothing.
