Hi Mike,
I really enjoyed reading the article! Even the part, "We must forge a new political party - a conservative party of our own! But not a party that preaches utopianism to the choir and garners 1% of the vote as the Constitution Party and the Libertarian Party do every year." Right on, we preach to the choir, and others are indeed forging on with the general voting public.
Interesting also about Taft. One of our family's treasures is a huge (the size of a coffee saucer!) button Bart acquired in his early days as a political activists that says Taft for President!
