Something Kai sent me... According to this, Somalia is not an
anarchy, but rather a democracy. Definitely a unique take on things.
And though the article doesn't say so directly (in fact, it tries to
blame free markets), it's a good argument for liberalizing trade and
getting out of the affairs of other nations. They'll get around to
democratizing once they have a large enough prosperous middle class
that demands it.
