Interesting thoughts on the Fed...they definitely don't need congress and I think they've already pumped in at least $700B in the past couple of months. Funny though, I was actually thinking the WamU was timed to scare congress into passing the plan, not the other way around.. Very interesting developments. Wachovia next?
