The fight to keep 701 Lombard from being seized by the city to create an ill-considered park is well into overtime, but that just makes it all the more important that property rights prevail. A strong precedent one way or the other will be set by whatever outcome finally results.
So, especially if you have not made it to any of the previous hearings, please try to come out next Tuesday and lend your voice against abuse of power and in support of social justice!
