There's some terrific dialogue between Ed, his attorney, and Judge Charles Breyer, below. It's fascinating how the judge allowed himself to be dressed down by Ed when the jury wasn't there to hear it! He clearly didn't have any moral ground to stand on, and knew it!
The trial continues on Tuesday, at 8am in Judge Breyer's courtroom on the 19th floor of the San Francisco Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate Avenue.
