No doubt, the area would better serve the general public as a thriving business. However, a deal is a deal, and Drakes Oyster Farm signed a lease that clearly indicated all would be over in November 2012.
The bigger issue, of course, is the growing National Parks -- land sometimes donated to the National Parks program, and sometime taken over by the program.
