  Glad to see you putting "against the law" in quotes. I don't think in
this case however that government would consider such an action illegal.

Hi Phil,

Thank you for trying to get the draft to SPUR. The draft is in
Files.

How "against the law" would it be if I wrote a letter to dealers of
green vehicles asking if they would be interested in getting on board
with us (i.e., provide some cash). Please let me have your thoughts.

Regarding "legality", I was thinking of specific election rules,
rather than general laws. I would hate to get us into trouble so
soon! But, given the fact that the attorney review of our Ballot
Initiative has proven to be an formidable hurdle, maybe we should
take some risks (did I just say that!?!)
