Two corrections: you omitted Jawj in the "Members Present" list. You misspelled her name in the body of the minutes.

Excellent Minutes! Here are a couple of minor items that you might
want to change:
1. It's OK if you call me Marcy Barry, but my last name is Berry: - )
2. I realize that my first Treasurer's Report was probably clear as
mud; so here are clarifications: The $315 was not dues from the LPC;
they were accumulated dues from previous meetings which were not
deposited in the bank.
3. You might want to specify that the $600 raised for ballot
arguments that I gave as an example of project-based fundraising at
the meeting was raised a couple of years ago, when we did file a bunch
of paid arguments. (In other words, that money is not at present in
the Treasury waiting to be spent on ballot arguments.)
4. You asked if the Minutes are posted in the Files Section. I
posted them in the Files Section of the Activist List when I was
Secretary.
