Chris Daly wants to send M$1 of San Francisco's money to help tsunami
victims. Good cause, wrong purse. If you haven't read the story of Davy
Crockett linked from that blog entry, I can't recommend it strongly enough;
it's the most emotionally compelling argument against government charity
I've ever read.
