Curious warning message when attempting to visit LPSF.org [1 Attachment]

Rob,

  I got this strange warning message when trying to visit LPSF.org just
now. I've occasionally received similar messages for various sites
using my Safari browser (version 5.0.2 for Mac, if that matters), and
generally ignored them with no apparent negative consequences, but
obviously I've been to LPSF.org plenty of times and never seen such a
message when visiting our site. Certainly we don't want people getting
these messages needlessly if there's a way to avoid it. I've attached
a screenshot -- any idea what the deal is?

The attachment is really tiny -- just a couple hundred pixels wide -- so I'm
not able to read it clearly. But it sort of looks like an SSL certificate
warning. That should not happen if you go to http://www.lpsf.org instead of
https://www.lpsf.org -- it's the https:// that triggers the SSL warnings.
We're not paying for SSL in our current hosting plan, since we don't
collect any visitor info. If it's a must-have, we can do SSL, but it's not
free.
