Indeed, I am hoping that we *can* accomplish something here --
namely, making progress in getting the Patrol Specials to take a more
libertarian approach to their mission, even if only incrementally so.
I see giving them a statement of support as a good thing, but I don't
really believe that merely issuing such a statement rises to the level
of an "accomplishment."
