Under some crazy federal guidelines: as in locating a suspected terrorist and convincing him (young African 19 year-old national I believe) to drive a fake bomb car to blow up citizens- basically is not entrapment. Basically, there is no longer a use of entrapment in defense.
So, undercover agents/cops can incite violence and prosecute citizens for participating. That’s really kinda in a nutshell, new law; usually expected to end in a plea bargain.
I have been seeing similar in drug cases, and surreal tv cop tag along reality shows.
Its really a long story to it. No aclu quickly attainable. No paid lawyer on the cheap.
This is why, I posted ma folkz out of these demonstrations. Because, they would be easy targets in a refuse marketing the cops scam.
However or whatever was learned or known of police procedures can be thrown out of the door.
Smart people like yourselves have missed out on the actual applications; I feel the hoods were/are the practice grounds.
I can’t even keep up with the ways cops are distributing drugs to catch drug sales people. See the SF cop trials and Contra Costa county trial.
One problem is, if I would have brought the Mission district cop scandal to this group six years ago, when I knew, who would take me serious. Because, the people involved have criminal records etc. etc.
The police state is not necessarily going just be jackboots. A person is going to calmly knock on your door, nicely suited and proper, possibly another nationality, to gain your confidence, and turnout to amaze you how the report is written. No exaggeration what so ever. And, the SF lab scandal. …so we know the entire system is rigged. Because, of the “all cops ain’t bad theory”
A lot of those protester upper up are cops and many of those college kids next year might get interesting.
Sorry for non being more chronological.
