Cheeseburger Bill To Pass In House

Hi Ron,

Mental health aside, I'm against another Big Govt program--the govt
prohibiting law suits. Not only does it violate individual rights, but
it's unconstitutional on Ninth and Tenth Amendment grounds.

BTW, could you use a lift from SF to the convention on Saturday?

Best, Michael

Dear Dr. Mike;

Thanks for the offer. Won't need a lift unable to attend.

However, as far as attorneys and lawsuits go I still appreciate what Bill the Bard wrote some 400 years ago in Henry VI; " The first thing we do,let's kill all the lawyers."

Although, what the Bard meant has become twisted since then by countless lawyer jokes. What the Bard actually meant in his Henry VI was that for any tryant to succeed the lawyers must be disposed of if the tyrant is to continue as a despot.

And as always, no one likes lawyers until they need one.

For some lawyer jokes see Nolo which has list of some of the nicer printable lawyer jokes.

No - I am not an attorney or a lawyer or a counselor of law. I work for a tax-attorney who battles the IRS on behalf of ordinary people. People whom the IRS says owes the Guvmint lots and lots of money. Mostly they don't got the money and ain't nevah gonna have the money and nevah had the money to give to the IRS and the Guvmint. But the IRS wants it and badly.
